To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Oregon Mutual receiving Advocacy Award

The Property Casualty Insurers Association of America has selected Oregon Mutual Insurance Co. for its 2013 PCI President's Award for Leadership in Advocacy.

Brian Steffel, CEO and president, and Steve Patterson, vice president and general counsel, will accept the award Wednesday morning on the company's behalf at the PCI annual conference in Boston.

McMinnville, Ore.-based Oregon Mutual has a long history of involvement with the states and communities it serves, PCI said in a statement.

The insurer has distinguished itself with effective political advocacy and participation by dedicating resources on matters before the Oregon Legislature, the state insurance department and on Capitol Hill.

“Oregon Mutual serves as a role model and leader in advocacy efforts,” PCI said in the statement.
